Preferences Blaster provides the ability to distribute Cognos Connection user preferences to many Groups, Roles & Accounts in a bulk fashion.  Custom preferences include styles, languages, time zones, line separators and more.

Content Store Size provides a graphical chart view of the content store storage allowing the user to drill into and identify problem areas.

Security Find / Replace is a special purpose module that helps correct damaged security mappings due to changes in the underlying LDAP structure securing Cognos.

Cube Find / Replace will enable companies who have relocated PowerPlay cubes (Windows or UNIX locations), to quickly repoint their PowerCube data source connections within Cognos Connection to the new location.

Schedule Blaster provides the ability to replicate the schedule from any object in the content store to any number of other objects in bulk fashion.

Security Replicator provides the ability to replicate security assignments from one account in an environment to many other accounts, groups and roles in the environment.

Security Editor is designed to provide an easy to use drag and drop interface for managing Memberships and Permissions on Groups, Roles, and almost any object within the Content Store. In addition, the module supports importing folders, roles and groups as well as membership assignments.

Report Documenter documents any / all selected reports (Public and individual My Folder contents) in order to detail information such as data items, filters, prompts, etc.

Cube Connector is designed to facilitate the creation and maintenance of Cognos 8 PowerCube datasource connections. Users can simply specify a directory where Power Cubes exist and map all respective .mdc files to a data source in Cognos. Similar to PowerPlay Enterprise Server (in the Series 7 days), any / all PowerPlay cubes can easily be added to Cognos Connection through this simple interface.

Job Runner is designed to enable the execution of Cognos jobs from either the MetaManager user interface or from command line. When run from command line, a job status code is returned enabling other scheduled tasks to be executed based upon the success or failure of the job.

Object Editor enables administrators to update a defined set of properties to any specified object in the Content Store using the module’s Basic Mode. The module also has an Advanced Mode, which enables the user to edit and save an object’s raw XML giving the ability to change any supported property within that object.

Specification Editor provides the capability to edit any Report Studio, Query Studio or Analysis Studio Report specification directly in an XML text editor. The tabbed interface makes it easy to work on multiple reports simultaneously. Specification Editor provides features for Validating, Diffing & Previewing report modifications before saving them to the content store.
