The User Access Rights utility transforms the MetaManager Content Store XML output into an IBM Cognos datasource for reporting user access rights. This utility will resolve all indirect access rights so that the implicit rights assigned to an object or for a user can be reported.
For example, Joe is a member of the "Managers" group, and Managers can see the Budget report. Therefore, Joe has access to the Budget report, and likewise the Budget report can be viewed by Joe.
